privacy issue stained carpet
the initial room assigned to me had a significant issue. the window lacked any covering and faced a busy bus station. this absence of privacy was unacceptable to me. i also noted that the toilet handle was broken.

swift check-in convenient location bathroom blind carpet stains
I appreciated the staff member readily available at the reception. This facilitated a swift check-in process after my late arrival. The location is convenient too. It offers easy access to transportation.
The bathroom roller blind fell right off, and there was no offer of a different room. I had to wiggle the key in the door to get it to work. The carpet had multiple stains on it. It made for a very restless night.

the staff was friendly and quite helpful! i got tea, coffee, and milk in the room. the room had decent size cups, a proper shower and plenty of shower gel and soap. the hotel's location is convenient for road and train services.
the parking situation could be slightly better. the car park is small, it seems!

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They addressed my questions quickly. The location is very convenient for accessing the railway station. It is a short walk. My room included decent-sized cups for tea and coffee, a small detail I appreciated. The shower had good water pressure and came with two shower gels and soaps.
The sign posting to the hotel could be improved. I accidentally turned into the bus station at first.
